Our newest thing here in Berlin is a workshop for women from Berlin and around. It started in Hamburg a while back (that one will be done now by a good friend of mine now) and continues in a new way here in Berlin now.
It’s not a public meet-up, it’s by invitation only. We ask women we know to join and participate and they are allowed to invite other women they know. Invitations are limited to one each month and new members are allowed to invite other women after being member for 3 months. So it’s a nice collection of women of all ages and ethnic backgrounds. There is no monthly fee or anything so no limitation in that way. They can give money in order to pay the costs but no one has to. Payings are anonymous and no one will ever know.
Today was our third meet-up and our group already reached the number of 50 members (24 have been here today). We talk about various topics and every member can suggest a topic – other members can vote the next topic.
